Jubileez will refund the full purchase price paid (shipping can not be refunded). Purchase price refund will be made in the form of a CHECK payable to customer. If you are exchanging an item, please contact Jubileez via email to confirm the exchange (size, color, etc.) The original item must be mailed back in new, original, unworn and saleable condition. Exchange item will be shipped back to you via Priority Mail at no additional charge.
